The additional rules and limits that subscription users must adhere to when accessing CompanySights.

If you have a Data License Agreement with Companysights Ltd (“Agreement”), the Fair Use Policy ("FUP") in that Agreement shall take precedence over this FUP. Any capitalized terms used in this FUP that are not defined herein have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Use.
Any and all use of the Services is subject to and conditioned upon compliance with the following:
1. Legitimate Use
The Services are intended for use by an individual within an organization in accordance with the Agreement and this FUP (“Legitimate Use”). The following is a non-exhaustive list of practices that would not be considered Legitimate Use:
Other practices may be relevant in determining Legitimate Use and CompanySights reserves the right to take any unlawful, prohibited, abnormal or unusual activity into account in making a determination to suspend or terminate its relationship with you and your use of the Services.
2. Server Capacity
Each individual using the Services is expected to use the services appropriately and not excessively. CompanySights has determined that an individual accessing the Services for more than five hours a week will exceed the allocated server capacity. Accounts which exceed the server capacity may be suspended following a notification or terminated without notice.
3. Service Security
Each individual is expected to comply with the Agreement when accessing the Services. You must not attempt to access or tamper with the source code for the Services and in particular, you must not use the Services to operate intensive or harmful services or procedures, for example the execution of unauthorized code within the Services.
4. Resale Prohibited
You may not sell, resell, sublease, assign, license, or sublicense the Services or any component thereof or use or offer the same on a service-bureau or time-sharing basis.
5. Incident Management and Reporting
You have a responsibility to report any incidents of breaches or suspected breaches of this FUP in a timely manner and must promptly provide CompanySights with any cooperation which is required, including granting access to systems, answering questions promptly and following any further reporting requirements. You must not attempt to solve incidents on their own to minimize the risk of the destruction of evidence needed for incident resolution. 6. Service Bugs and Glitches
You should report any bugs or glitches with the Services to CompanySights in a timely manner and provide any further details as CompanySights may request from time to time. You acknowledge that CompanySights is under no obligation to repair or remedy such bugs or glitches with the service which do not materially affect access to the Service.
7. Illegal, Harmful, or Offensive Use or Content
You may not use, or encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others to use, the Services for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, infringing or offensive use, or to transmit, store, display, distribute or otherwise make available content that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, infringing or offensive.
8. Changes to Policy
We may modify this FUP at any time and in our sole discretion by posting a revised version on our website and noting the date of last update. The changes will become effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use the Services after the date of the update, you agree to the revised terms.
9. CompanySights Monitoring and Enforcement
We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to investigate any violation of this FUP or misuse of the Services. We may remove, disable access to, or modify any content or resource that violates this FUP or the Agreement.
We may report any activity that we suspect violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other appropriate third parties. Our reporting may include disclosing appropriate customer information. We also may cooperate with appropriate law enforcement agencies, regulators, or other appropriate third parties to help with the investigation and prosecution of illegal conduct by providing network and systems information related to alleged violations of this FUP.
